Ingredients

32 Oreos (whole cookies, filling included)

4 tablespoons salted butter, melted

16 ounces cream cheese, room temperature

¾ cup granulated sugar

½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt

1 cup cherry pie filling

8 ounces whipped topping, thawed

1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping (for topping)

1 cup cherry pie filling (for topping)

Optional: Chocolate shavings (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pan and Crust: Lightly spray a 9-inch springform pan with nonstick spray. Process Oreos into fine crumbs, mix with melted butter until wet sand texture. Press into pan bottom and freeze.
  2. Make the Cheesecake Filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar, cocoa powder until fluffy. Add sour cream, beat to combine. Fold in cherry pie filling and whipped topping gently.
  3. Assemble the Cheesecake: Spread filling evenly on frozen crust. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Add Toppings and Serve: Pipe whipped cream swirls on edges. Spoon cherry pie filling in center, spread gently. Garnish with chocolate shavings if desired. Slice and serve.

Notes

Use dairy-free cream cheese and whipped topping for dairy-free version.

Swap cherry pie filling for mixed berry or raspberry preserves for variation.

Add crushed nuts to crust for extra texture.

Use dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips in crust or filling for richer flavor.
