These No Bake Brownie Bites are rich, fudgy, and deeply chocolatey treats made in just minutes—no oven required. Perfect as a healthy snack or quick dessert, they combine peanut butter, cocoa, and natural sweeteners for a smooth, indulgent bite that’s both simple and satisfying.

Ingredients

1 cup peanut butter or allergy-friendly substitute

2/3 cup cocoa powder

1/3 cup sweetener of choice (e.g., maple syrup, agave, or honey)

1/4 tsp salt (optional)

Optional: mini chocolate chips or chia seeds

Optional: 2 tbsp coconut oil or melted chocolate

Instructions

  1. Add peanut butter, cocoa powder, sweetener, and salt (if using) to a food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth and well combined, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. If adding chia seeds or mini chocolate chips, fold them in after blending for desired texture.
  4. Roll the dough into bite-sized balls using your hands. Lightly coat hands with coconut oil if sticky.
  5. Store the brownie bites at room temperature for a softer texture or refrigerate/freeze for a firmer consistency.

Notes

Use almond or cashew butter for a flavor variation.

For nut-free bites, use sunflower seed or tahini butter.

Add a tablespoon of melted dark chocolate or espresso powder for richer flavor.

Roll bites in cocoa powder, shredded coconut, or crushed nuts for extra texture.

Store refrigerated for up to 2 weeks or frozen for up to 3 months.
