These No-Bake Oreo Cheesecake Cups are the perfect treat for anyone craving something sweet and easy. With just five ingredients and about 20 minutes of prep time, you can create a creamy, dreamy dessert that’s sure to impress. No oven required, just mix, layer, and chill!

Ingredients

1 (8 oz) block of cream cheese, softened (full-fat recommended)

2/3 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 (8 oz) tub of Cool Whip (or homemade whipped cream)

2426 Oreo cookies (plus more for garnish, if desired)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreos: Place the Oreos in a zip-top bag and crush them with a rolling pin or sturdy spoon. Keep some larger chunks for texture.
  2. Layer the Bottom: Spoon 1.5 to 2 tablespoons of crushed Oreos into the bottom of 6 small dessert jars or cups.
  3. Make the Filling: Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth. Add vanilla extract and beat again. Gently fold in the Cool Whip, then fold in the remaining crushed Oreos.
  4. Assemble: Spoon or pipe the creamy filling into each dessert cup over the Oreo layer, pressing gently to remove any gaps.
  5. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the filling to firm up.
  6. Garnish: Top with extra whipped cream, crushed Oreos, or a whole Oreo cookie for decoration.

Notes

Customize it: Try different Oreo flavors such as Golden Oreos, Mint, or seasonal varieties like Pumpkin Spice or Red Velvet.

Make ahead: These cheesecake cups store well in the fridge for up to 5 days, making them perfect for make-ahead desserts.

Serve in a dish: For one large dessert, assemble everything in an 8×8-inch baking dish or loaf pan.
