Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup canned pumpkin puree

1 cup graham cracker crumbs, plus extra for rolling

½ cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

½ teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

¼ teaspoon salt

½ cup white chocolate chips, melted (optional for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Beat softened cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt; mix until fully combined.
