Nutter Butter Ghost Cookies are a fun and spooky Halloween treat made with Nutter Butter cookies, white candy melts, and candy eyeballs. These adorable ghost-shaped cookies are perfect for any Halloween celebration and are incredibly easy to make.

Ingredients

12 Nutter Butter cookies

1 cup white candy melts

24 candy eyeballs

12 mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with wax paper to provide a clean surface for the dipped cookies.
  2. In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt the white candy melts by microwaving at 50% power in 30-second intervals, stirring in between. It will take 4-5 minutes to fully melt.
  3. Dip each Nutter Butter cookie into the melted white candy, covering about 70-75% of the cookie. Let any excess candy drip off and tap the cookie gently on the side of the bowl if needed.
  4. While the candy coating is still wet, press two candy eyeballs and one mini chocolate chip into the white candy to create the ghost’s face.
  5. Place the dipped cookies onto the prepared baking sheet and let them set for 5-10 minutes until the candy coating hardens.
  6. Once the cookies have set, they are ready to serve! Enjoy your spooky Nutter Butter Ghost Cookies!

Notes

If you can’t find mini chocolate chips, you can break regular chocolate chips into smaller pieces for the ghost’s mouth.

If the candy melts are too thick, you can thin them out by adding a small amount of vegetable oil (1-2 teaspoons) to the melted candy.
