No reviews

Oreo and Nutella Lasagne is a no-bake dessert that combines layers of crushed Oreos, creamy Nutella filling, and fluffy whipped topping. It’s rich, indulgent, and perfect for parties or a decadent treat without turning on the oven.

Ingredients

Crust layer: Crushed Oreo cookies, melted butter

Nutella layer: Cream cheese, Nutella, powdered sugar

Cream layer: Whipped topping (or homemade whipped cream)

Topping: Crushed Oreos, chocolate drizzle, and optional chopped hazelnuts

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Oreo Crust: Crush Oreos in a food processor (or place them in a zip-top bag and crush with a rolling pin). Mix the crushed Oreos with melted butter until evenly combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish to create the base layer.
  2. Make the Nutella Cream Filling: Beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add Nutella and powdered sugar, mixing until fully blended and fluffy. Spread the Nutella mixture evenly over the Oreo crust.
  3. Add the Whipped Cream Layer: Gently spread whipped topping over the Nutella layer to create a soft, pillowy finish.
  4. Garnish and Chill: Sprinkle with additional crushed Oreos, drizzle with chocolate syrup, and top with chopped hazelnuts if desired. Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours, or overnight for the best texture.

Notes

Add a layer of fresh berries (like raspberries or strawberries) between the layers for a fresh burst of flavor.

For extra crunch, include more chopped hazelnuts or other nuts like almonds.

For an even richer taste, add a layer of melted chocolate between the cream layers.

Mini versions of this dessert can be layered in individual glasses or jars for party-sized servings.

This dessert keeps in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Freezing is not recommended as it may affect the texture of the whipped topping.
