Oreo Cream Cheese Cheesecake Sushi Roll is a fun, no-bake dessert resembling sushi but with rich Oreo cheesecake flavors. Made with crushed Oreos, sweetened cream cheese, and optional fresh fruit, it’s perfect for parties and easy to customize.

Ingredients

  • 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed Oreos (for rolling)
  • Fresh strawberries or other fruit, sliced (optional filling)

Instructions

  1. Blend softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Finely crush 24 Oreos and mix into the cream cheese mixture to form a dough-like consistency.
  3. Spread the mixture on a large piece of plastic wrap into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick.
  4. Evenly place sliced strawberries or other fruit on top (optional).
  5. Using the plastic wrap, carefully roll the mixture into a tight log shape.
  6. Roll the log in 1/2 cup crushed Oreos to coat the outside evenly.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing into “sushi” pieces.
  8. Slice into rounds and serve chilled.

Notes

  • Use gluten-free Oreos for a gluten-free version.
  • Substitute strawberries with kiwi, mango, or other fresh fruits.
  • Drizzle with chocolate or caramel sauce when serving.
  • Coat roll with crushed nuts or shredded coconut for variety.
