Patriotic Berry Cheesecake Salad is a no-bake dessert that combines a creamy cheesecake base with fresh, vibrant berries and white chocolate chips. Perfect for patriotic holidays or summer events, this colorful treat is easy to prepare and absolutely delicious.

Ingredients

1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 (8 oz) container whipped topping, thawed

1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved

1 cup raspberries

1 cup blueberries

½ cup white chocolate chips

Additional whipped topping or strawberry sauce for garnish

Fresh mint leaves for color (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cream Cheese Base: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract using a hand mixer on medium speed for about 2–3 minutes until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Fold in the Whipped Topping: Gently fold in the whipped topping with a rubber spatula. Use light, sweeping motions to keep the mixture airy and creamy.
  3. Wash and Prep the Berries: Rinse the strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries thoroughly. Pat the berries dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture. Slice the strawberries into halves or quarters depending on their size.
  4. Assemble the Salad: In a large serving bowl, alternate layers of the cheesecake mixture with the berries. You can gently fold everything together for a mixed look or arrange the layers for a more decorative presentation.
  5. Add the Finishing Touches: Sprinkle white chocolate chips evenly on top of the salad. If desired, drizzle some strawberry sauce or add extra whipped topping. Garnish with fresh mint leaves to add a pop of color.
  6. Chill Before Serving: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to blend and the cheesecake mixture to firm up slightly.

Notes

For a healthier version, use light cream cheese, whipped topping, or homemade whipped cream.

Be sure to dry the berries thoroughly before adding them to the salad to avoid excess moisture.

You can use frozen berries if fresh is unavailable, but make sure to thaw and drain them well to avoid sogginess.
