A refreshing summer treat combining ripe peaches and brewed tea, with a touch of honey and lemon juice, all frozen into homemade popsicles.

Ingredients

2 large peaches, peeled and sliced

2 cups brewed tea (black, green, or herbal), cooled

24 tablespoons honey or sugar (adjust to taste)

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Blend the peeled and sliced peaches in a blender until smooth. Strain through a sieve for a smoother texture, if desired.
  2. In a pitcher, combine the cooled brewed tea, honey or sugar, and lemon juice. Stir until the sweetener is completely dissolved. Taste and adjust sweetness to your liking.
  3. Mix the peach puree with the sweetened tea until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top. Insert the sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid.
  5. To release the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds and gently pull the popsicles out.

Notes

For extra flavor and texture, add fresh peach slices or whole berries to the molds before pouring in the peach tea mixture.

Try creating a layered effect by partially freezing one layer of the mixture and then adding another layer of peach puree.

Feel free to experiment with different types of tea, such as green, herbal, or flavored teas like peach or raspberry.

Adjust the sweetness to your preference by adding more or less honey or sugar.
