Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, at room temperature
  • 3 1/2 cups confectioners’ sugar
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1 dash green or red food coloring

Instructions

  1. Beat the room-temperature butter with an electric mixer on low speed until smooth and creamy.
