Pizza Ramen combines the savory, cheesy goodness of pizza with the comfort of ramen noodles, creating a fun, delicious fusion dish that’s easy to make and totally customizable.

Ingredients

2 packs of instant ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)

1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices

1/2 cup marinara sauce

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 cups vegetable or chicken broth

1/4 teaspoon dried oregano

1/4 teaspoon dried basil

Instructions

  1. Cook the Ramen: Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
  2. Simmer the Broth: In a large pot, bring the vegetable or chicken broth to a simmer over medium heat.
  3. Add the Marinara and Herbs: Stir in the marinara sauce, dried oregano, and dried basil into the simmering broth. Allow the mixture to heat up for a minute or two.
  4. Combine the Noodles and Pepperoni: Add the cooked ramen noodles and mini pepperoni slices to the pot. Let everything cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  5. Add the Mozzarella: Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the ramen. Cover the pot with a lid and let it sit for 1-2 minutes until the cheese has melted.
  6. Serve: Once the cheese is melted and everything is well combined, serve the pizza ramen warm and enjoy!

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.

If reheating, add a little extra broth to loosen it up.

For a vegetarian version, skip the pepperoni and add sautéed veggies like bell peppers, mushrooms, or onions.

Add a pinch of red pepper flakes or sliced jalapeños for a spicy kick.

Experiment with different cheeses like cheddar or a blend of mozzarella and parmesan for different flavors.
