This creamy and flavorful Ranch Dip is made with mayonnaise, sour cream, and a blend of herbs and spices. It’s perfect for dipping chips, veggies, or crackers and makes a great accompaniment for any occasion.

Ingredients

⅔ cup mayonnaise

⅔ cup sour cream

1 teaspoon dried chives (or 1 tablespoon fresh)

1 teaspoon dried dill (or 1 tablespoon fresh)

1 teaspoon dried parsley (or 1 tablespoon fresh)

¾ teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon black pepper

⅛ teaspoon salt (more to taste)

Instructions

  1. Mix the ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, chives, dill, parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, and salt. Whisk until smooth and well combined.
  2. Chill: Refrigerate the dip for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together and to let the dried herbs rehydrate.
  3. Serve: Once chilled, serve with your favorite chips, fresh veggies, or crackers. Enjoy!

Notes

For a tangy twist, add 2 tablespoons of buttermilk powder to the dip.

To make it a dressing, add buttermilk or milk until the desired consistency is reached.

Green onions can replace dried chives for a different flavor.
