Creamy raspberry white chocolate overnight oats that feel lightly indulgent while still nourishing, perfect for easy mornings and make-ahead breakfasts.

Ingredients

1/2 cup rolled oats (old-fashioned oats)

1/2 cup milk of choice

1/4 cup Greek yogurt

1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries

12 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional)

1 tablespoon white chocolate shavings or chips

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Add rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and sweetener to a jar or container with a lid.
  2. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  3. Gently fold in most of the raspberries, pressing a few against the side of the jar for color.
  4. Sprinkle white chocolate shavings or chips on top without fully mixing.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  6. Stir before eating, adjust sweetness if needed, and enjoy chilled.

Notes

Rolled oats give the best texture; avoid instant oats.

Add a splash of milk if the oats are too thick.

Frozen raspberries work well and add extra color.

Can be made dairy-free with plant-based alternatives.
