These Rolo Ritz Cookies are the ultimate sweet-and-salty treat made with buttery Ritz crackers, gooey Rolo candies, and crunchy pecans. Ready in just 20 minutes, they’re perfect for holiday gatherings, last-minute desserts, or homemade gifts. A quick and delicious bite for any occasion!

Ingredients

24 Ritz crackers

24 Rolo candies, unwrapped

24 pecan halves

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • Place the Ritz crackers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  • Place one Rolo candy on top of each Ritz cracker.

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 3-5 minutes, or until the Rolos are slightly softened.

  • Remove the baking sheet from the oven and immediately press a pecan half onto each Rolo, gently flattening the candy.

  • Allow the cookies to cool completely on the baking sheet before serving.

Notes

Different Nuts: Swap pecans for almonds or walnuts for a new twist.

Chocolate Drizzle: Drizzle melted chocolate on top of the pecans after they cool for an indulgent touch.
