Ingredients

1 pound spicy breakfast sausage (uncooked)

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 can (10 ounces) Rotel tomatoes and green chilies, drained

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 ½ cups Bisquick baking mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone mat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine uncooked sausage, softened cream cheese, and drained Rotel tomatoes. Mix well.
  3. Add shredded cheddar cheese and Bisquick baking mix; stir until evenly incorporated.
  4. Using a spoon or cookie scoop, form 1-inch balls and place on baking sheet with space between.
