Samoa Brownies combine the rich, fudgy texture of brownies with the beloved flavors of the Samoa Girl Scout cookie—caramel, toasted coconut, and chocolate. This decadent dessert is the perfect way to enjoy Samoa-inspired flavors all year long. Easy to make and irresistibly delicious, these brownies are topped with gooey caramel, toasted coconut, and a chocolate drizzle, making them the ultimate indulgent treat for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix (prepared according to package instructions)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup caramel ice cream topping
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven and bake the brownies according to the package instructions.
  • Toast the coconut in the oven until golden brown, about 3-5 minutes. Remove from the oven and set aside to cool.
  • Mix the caramel ice cream topping with the toasted coconut.
  • Spread the coconut and caramel mixture over the baked brownies.
  • Drizzle the melted chocolate over the top.
  • Chill the brownies in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  • Once cooled, slice into bars and serve.

Notes

  • Different Chocolate: Swap in milk chocolate, dark chocolate, or white chocolate chips for a unique twist.
  • Add Nuts: Chopped pecans or walnuts can be added to give the bars a crunchier texture that complements the caramel and coconut.
  • Vegan Version: Use a vegan brownie mix and dairy-free caramel for a plant-based version of this treat.
