Ingredients

  • Spinach tortilla wraps
  • Cooking spray
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cut Out Shamrock Shapes: Using a shamrock-shaped cookie cutter, cut out shamrock shapes from the spinach tortillas. Each tortilla should yield about 7 shamrocks.
  • Prepare the Chips: Place the shamrock cut-outs on a baking sheet. Lightly spray them with cooking spray and sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
  • Bake: Bake for 7 to 10 minutes, or until crisp. Keep a close eye on them to prevent burning.
