Decadent fudgy brownies studded with chunks of Snickers candy bars and topped with gooey caramel bits for the ultimate chocolate-caramel-nut dessert mash-up.

Ingredients

1 (18 oz) box brownie mix

2 large eggs

1/2 cup salted butter, melted

1/4 cup milk

2 cups Snickers bars, chopped

1/3 cup caramel bits, plus more for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×9-inch baking dish with parchment paper or grease with baking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the brownie mix, eggs, melted butter, and milk until smooth.
  3. Pour a little more than half of the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  4. Sprinkle chopped Snickers over the batter.
  5. Spoon the remaining brownie batter on top and spread gently.
  6. Sprinkle caramel bits over the top layer.
  7. Bake for 40–43 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs but no raw batter.
  8. Cool for at least 20 minutes before cutting into squares.
  9. Optional: Drizzle melted caramel over the cooled brownies for extra gooeyness.

Notes

Swap Snickers with other candy bars like Twix, Reese’s, or Milky Way for variety.

Add chopped peanuts or pecans for extra crunch.

Swirl in peanut butter or caramel sauce for more richness.

Slightly underbake for extra fudgy brownies.

Brownies freeze well—wrap individually for up to 2 months.
