Festive no-bake Snowflake OREO Cookie Balls made with crushed OREOs, cream cheese, and a red-tinted white chocolate coating, decorated with delicate snowflake designs for the perfect holiday treat.

Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

36 OREO cookies, finely crushed

16 oz white chocolate, melted

Red food coloring

White decorating gel

Instructions

  1. Crush the OREO cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by sealing them in a bag and smashing with a rolling pin.
  2. In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese with the cookie crumbs until fully blended.
  3. Shape the mixture into 48 balls (about 1 inch each) and roll between your palms until smooth.
  4. Place the balls on a waxed paper–lined baking sheet and freeze for 10 minutes.
  5. Melt the white chocolate and tint with red food coloring. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
  6. Arrange coated balls on a waxed paper–lined tray. Drizzle with more melted chocolate or use white decorating gel to create a snowflake design.
  7. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm. Keep refrigerated until serving.

Notes

Swap white chocolate for milk or dark chocolate for a richer flavor.

Add a few drops of peppermint extract for a festive twist.

Use different colors for coating to match other holidays.

Roll in sprinkles instead of decorating with icing.

Top with crushed candy canes for added crunch and flavor.
