Ingredients

1 pre-made pie crust

4 ripe Bosc or Anjou pears, peeled and thinly sliced

2 teaspoons lemon juice

½ cup brown sugar

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into small pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Fit the pre-made pie crust into a tart pan and prick the bottom of the crust with a fork.
