This Tiramisu Iced Coffee combines the rich, creamy goodness of tiramisu with the refreshing taste of iced coffee. Made with mascarpone cheese, strong coffee, and topped with whipped cream, it’s the perfect indulgent treat for coffee and dessert lovers alike.

Ingredients

1 cup strong brewed coffee (cooled)

1 cup milk (whole or your preferred dairy/non-dairy)

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup mascarpone cheese

2 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons cocoa powder (for dusting)

Ladyfinger cookies (for layering)

Whipped cream (for topping)

Chocolate syrup (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Brew the coffee: Brew a strong cup of coffee (about 1 cup) and allow it to cool to room temperature. For an extra kick, you can use espresso or a dark roast.
  2. Make the mascarpone cream: In a mixing bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract. Using a hand mixer or whisk, beat the mixture until it forms soft peaks.
  3. Add the milk: Gradually mix in the milk into the mascarpone mixture until smooth and creamy.
  4. Layer the coffee: In a clear glass, add a layer of the cooled coffee at the bottom.
  5. Dip the ladyfingers: Quickly dip the ladyfinger cookies in the remaining coffee and place them on top of the coffee layer. Don’t soak them too long, as you want them to stay firm!
  6. Add the mascarpone cream: Spoon a layer of the mascarpone cream mixture over the ladyfingers, spreading it evenly.
  7. Repeat the layers: Repeat the coffee, soaked ladyfinger, and cream layers until you reach the top of the glass, finishing with the creamy mascarpone mixture.
  8. Chill: Place the layered glass in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to chill and allow the flavors to meld together.
  9. Garnish and serve: Before serving, top the iced coffee with whipped cream, dust with cocoa powder, and drizzle chocolate syrup over the whipped cream.
  10. Enjoy: Serve with a spoon and enjoy your delicious Tiramisu Iced Coffee!

Notes

Dairy-free version: Use non-dairy milk (like almond or oat milk) and substitute the heavy cream with coconut cream for a dairy-free treat.

Sweetness level: Adjust the amount of sugar to your liking. You can also use a sugar substitute if you prefer a low-sugar option.
