Tropical popsicles made with low-fat vanilla yogurt and a blend of fresh mango, pineapple, banana, and orange juice, creating a refreshing and healthy treat.

Ingredients

1 ½ cups low-fat vanilla yogurt

1 cup sliced mango

1 (8 ounce) can pineapple chunks, undrained

1 small banana

1 orange, juiced

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the low-fat vanilla yogurt, sliced mango, pineapple chunks with juice, banana, and orange juice. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into ice pop molds, filling each mold evenly.
  3. Freeze the popsicles for 4 to 6 hours, or until completely set.
  4. Once frozen, remove the popsicles from the molds and enjoy!

Notes

Frozen fruit works just as well as fresh fruit in this recipe, just thaw it before blending for a smoother texture.

For extra flavor, add shredded coconut or mini chocolate chips before freezing.

To make dairy-free, use coconut or almond milk yogurt instead of regular yogurt.

Feel free to experiment with different fruit juices like pineapple juice or apple juice for a unique flavor.
