This Turkey Havarti Croissant Sandwich is a quick, delicious meal featuring buttery croissants filled with sliced turkey, creamy Havarti cheese, fresh spinach, and tomato, all lightly baked until melty and warm.

Ingredients

4 large buttery croissants

8 ounces sliced turkey breast

4 ounces Havarti cheese, sliced

1 cup baby spinach

1 medium tomato, sliced

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice each croissant in half horizontally.
  3. Mix mayonnaise and Dijon mustard; spread evenly on croissant halves.
  4. Layer bottom halves with turkey, Havarti, spinach, and tomato slices.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Place top halves on sandwiches.
  7. Arrange sandwiches on a baking sheet and bake for 5–7 minutes until cheese melts and croissants are warm.
  8. Remove, slice if desired, and serve immediately.
