An easy no-bake vanilla cake mix fudge made with simple pantry ingredients, delivering a smooth, sweet, and creamy treat that sets perfectly in the refrigerator.

Ingredients

1 box white cake mix (15.25 oz / 432 g)

2 cups powdered sugar

1/2 cup salted butter, cut into pieces

1/4 cup milk

1/4 cup decorative sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Add the cake mix and powdered sugar to a microwave-safe bowl and stir to combine.
  2. Place the butter pieces and milk on top of the dry ingredients without stirring.
  3. Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
  4. Remove immediately and stir until smooth and fully combined.
  5. Gently fold in the sprinkles.
  6. Spread the mixture evenly into a greased 8×8-inch pan.
  7. Add extra sprinkles on top if desired and press lightly.
  8. Refrigerate for about 2 hours or until firm.
  9. Slice into squares and serve.

Notes

This fudge is softer and creamier than traditional cooked fudge.
