Ingredients
2 tubes store-bought cinnamon rolls (such as Pillsbury Grands with Cream Cheese Icing)
1 cup heavy cream
Baking spray
1/2 stick butter, thinly sliced (optional)
1/2 cup brown sugar (optional)
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
1/2 cup cream cheese icing (included or homemade, optional)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously spray a baking dish with baking spray.
Arrange the cinnamon rolls evenly in the prepared dish.
Pour the heavy cream evenly over and around the rolls. Let sit for 10 minutes for extra gooey texture if desired.
If using, dot the tops with sliced butter and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25–30 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove from the oven and immediately spread the icing over the warm rolls.
Serve warm for the best soft and gooey texture.
Notes
Covering with foil prevents over-browning while baking.
Heavy cream creates extra moisture and richness.
Add chopped nuts or caramel drizzle for variation.
Store leftovers refrigerated for up to 3 days.
Reheat in the microwave for 20–30 seconds before serving.
