This White Chocolate Halloween Oreo Bark is a spooky, no-bake treat featuring creamy white chocolate, crunchy Halloween Oreos, candy eyes, and sprinkles. It’s quick to make, fun to decorate, and perfect for Halloween parties or a festive snack.

Ingredients

For the Bark:

16 oz (450g) white chocolate chips or white candy melts

10 Halloween Oreos, roughly chopped

¼ cup candy eyeballs

2 tablespoons Halloween sprinkles (orange, black, purple, or green)

2 tablespoons candy-coated chocolates or Halloween M&Ms (optional)

Flaky sea salt (optional, for flavor balance)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat to prevent the bark from sticking.
  2. Melt the White Chocolate: Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat it in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until the chocolate is smooth and fully melted.
  3. Spread the Chocolate: Pour the melted white chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into a rectangle about ¼ inch thick.
  4. Add Toppings: While the chocolate is still warm, sprinkle the chopped Halloween Oreos, candy eyeballs, Halloween sprinkles, and optional candy-coated chocolates or M&Ms evenly on top of the chocolate. Press down gently to make sure the toppings stick.
  5. Chill to Set: Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator and chill for 20–30 minutes until the white chocolate is fully set.
  6. Break into Pieces: Once the chocolate has hardened, break it into bite-sized pieces and serve. Store any leftovers in an airtight container.

Notes

Feel free to add more fun toppings like chopped candy bars, mini marshmallows, or pretzels for a sweet and salty twist.

If you prefer a different chocolate flavor, swap out the white chocolate for milk or dark chocolate.
