This Wingstop-style ranch dressing is creamy, tangy, and full of flavor. Perfect for dipping wings, fries, or veggies, it’s easy to make with just a few simple ingredients, and offers an upgrade from store-bought versions.

Ingredients

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup buttermilk

1/2 cup sour cream

1 teaspoon dried dill

1 teaspoon dried parsley

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, buttermilk, and sour cream until smooth.
  2. Stir in the dill, parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk until fully combined.
  3. Cover the dressing and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  4. Stir the dressing before serving and adjust the seasoning if needed.

Notes

Use fresh herbs for a brighter flavor (1 tablespoon of each fresh parsley and dill).

Adjust the buttermilk amount to make the dressing thicker or thinner, as preferred.

For a spicy kick, add cayenne pepper or hot sauce.

For garlic lovers, add extra garlic powder or minced fresh garlic.

Substitute dairy ingredients with vegan alternatives for a dairy-free version.
