These Almond Cheddar Appetizers are a savory, low-carb treat made with almond flour, sharp cheddar cheese, and cream cheese. Perfect for parties or as a snack, they offer a crispy, cheesy bite that’s sure to impress.

Ingredients

1 cup almond flour

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated

¼ cup cream cheese, softened

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, grated cheddar cheese, softened cream cheese, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
  3. Form small balls from the mixture (about 1-inch in diameter) and place them on the prepared baking tray.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the appetizers are golden brown and slightly puffed.
  5. Once done, remove from the oven and cool for a few minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes
