Baileys Chocolate Martini is a creamy, chocolatey cocktail combining Baileys Irish Cream, chocolate liqueur, and a neutral spirit, garnished with chocolate syrup and optional chocolate shavings for a smooth, indulgent dessert drink.

Ingredients

2 oz Baileys Irish Cream

1 oz neutral spirit

1 oz chocolate liqueur (e.g., Godiva or crème de cacao)

Ice (for shaking)

Chocolate syrup (for garnish)

Chocolate shavings or cocoa powder (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Chill the martini glass in the freezer for 5–10 minutes.
  2. Drizzle chocolate syrup inside the glass in a swirl or zigzag pattern and set aside.
  3. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add Baileys, neutral spirit, and chocolate liqueur. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until the shaker is icy cold.
  4. Strain the cocktail into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with chocolate shavings or a dusting of cocoa powder if desired.

Notes

No neutral spirit: Use extra Baileys or add coffee liqueur for a mocha twist.

Dairy-Free: Use Baileys Almond Milk version.
