Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated

¼ cup unsalted butter, melted

3 cloves garlic, minced

½ tsp Italian seasoning

¼ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

½ cup sour cream

½ cup mayonnaise

Baguette slices or crackers (for serving)

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a small baking dish.

  • Mix Dip Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, melted butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and well combined.

  • Add Sour Cream and Mayo: Stir in the sour cream, mayonnaise, and chopped parsley.

  • Transfer and Bake: Transfer the dip mixture to the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and golden brown on top.

  • Serve: Remove from the oven, allow it to cool slightly, and serve with toasted baguette slices or crackers.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes or a splash of hot sauce to the dip before baking.

  • For a lighter version, substitute cream cheese with Greek yogurt or ricotta cheese.

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
