A quick and creamy brown sugar cold foam with warm cinnamon notes, perfect for elevating iced coffee or cold brew at home.

Ingredients

1 tablespoon hot water

1 tablespoon brown sugar

⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon

2 tablespoons 2% milk

¼ cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Stir together the hot water and brown sugar until the sugar fully dissolves to create a syrup.
  2. Pour the brown sugar syrup into a French press and add the ground cinnamon, 2% milk, and heavy cream.
  3. Place the lid on the French press and pump the plunger up and down about 40 times until the mixture becomes light, foamy, and increases in volume.
  4. Pour the cold foam over an iced drink and serve immediately.

Notes

You can substitute ⅓ cup of half & half for the milk and heavy cream.

Adjust cinnamon to taste or omit for a simpler flavor.

Ensure the sugar is fully dissolved for smooth sweetness.

Store in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days; re-froth before using.

Do not overfill the French press; leave space for foam expansion.

Can be made by shaking ingredients in a sealed jar if a French press is unavailable.
