A creamy, spiced cookie butter cold foam that transforms any iced coffee into a rich, dessert-like treat in minutes. Smooth, velvety, and easy to make with simple ingredients.

Ingredients

1/4 cup milk (2% or whole)

2 tbsp heavy cream

1 tbsp cookie butter (such as Biscoff spread)

1/4 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Soften the cookie butter by microwaving it for 5–10 seconds if it is too thick.
  2. In a small glass or frothing cup, combine the milk, heavy cream, cookie butter, and vanilla extract.
  3. Using a handheld milk frother, blend for 20–30 seconds until thick and creamy.
  4. Prepare iced coffee, cold brew, or an iced latte in a glass filled with ice.
  5. Slowly pour the cold foam over the coffee so it sits on top.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, use oat milk and dairy-free creamer.

Adjust thickness by adding more milk for a lighter foam or more cream for richness.

Add a pinch of cinnamon for extra warmth and spice.

Drizzle caramel on top for added sweetness.

Best enjoyed fresh; re-froth if stored briefly in the refrigerator.
