Ingredients

½ cup mayonnaise

½ cup sour cream

½ cup buttermilk (or ½ cup milk + ½ tbsp vinegar/lemon juice as a substitute)

2 tbsp dill pickle juice

¼ cup finely chopped dill pickles

1 tbsp fresh dill (or 1 tsp dried dill)

1 tsp garlic powder

¼ tsp onion powder (optional)

Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, and buttermilk until smooth.

  2. Stir in the dill pickle juice, chopped dill pickles, fresh dill, garlic powder, onion powder (if using), salt, and black pepper.

  3. Taste and adjust the seasoning, adding more salt, pepper, or pickle juice if desired.

  4. Chill the dressing in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
