Easy Microwave Fudge is a rich, smooth, and creamy chocolate fudge made in just minutes using simple pantry ingredients, delivering classic homemade flavor without any stovetop cooking.

Ingredients

1/3 cup milk (2% or whole)

1 (7 oz) jar marshmallow creme

3 cups powdered sugar

1 (11.5 oz) package milk chocolate chips

2 (1.55 oz) Hershey chocolate bars, broken into pieces

1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add milk, marshmallow creme, and powdered sugar to a large microwave-safe bowl and mix until smooth.
  2. Stir in the chocolate chips and broken Hershey bars.
  3. Microwave for 2 minutes.
  4. Remove from the microwave and stir thoroughly until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
  5. Fold in walnuts if using.
  6. Spread the mixture evenly into a greased 8×8-inch dish.
  7. Let the fudge cool and set at room temperature.
  8. Once set, cut into squares and serve.

Notes

Do not refrigerate to set, as it may affect texture.
