Oreo Sushi is a fun and creative twist on the classic Oreo cookie, transforming it into sushi-inspired rolls filled with creamy filling and crunchy cookie paste.

Ingredients

Oreos (as many as needed)

Milk (any variety)

Instructions

  1. Twist each Oreo to separate the cookies from the cream filling. Place the cream filling in a bowl and the cookie halves in a zip-top bag.
  2. Seal the zip-top bag with the cookie halves and crush the cookies into fine crumbs using a rolling pin. Transfer the crushed cookies to a bowl and add milk gradually, mixing until a thick, dough-like paste forms.
  3. Lay a piece of plastic wrap on a flat surface and spread the cookie paste over it. Then, spread the cream filling evenly on top of the cookie layer.
  4. Using the plastic wrap, roll the mixture tightly into a log. Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces to resemble sushi.
  5. Arrange the Oreo sushi pieces on a plate and serve with optional dipping sauces like chocolate sauce, whipped cream, or frosting.

Notes

For a fruity twist, add slices of strawberries, bananas, or kiwi to the cream filling.

Experiment with different Oreo flavors such as golden Oreos, mint, or peanut butter.

Dip the rolls in melted chocolate or drizzle caramel, whipped cream, or sprinkle with crushed nuts for added texture.

Try freezing the Oreo Sushi rolls for a cool, firm texture perfect for hot days.
