This patriotic s’mores dip is a quick and festive dessert made with gooey melted chocolate, toasted marshmallows, and colorful red, white, and blue sprinkles. Perfect for summer parties, Fourth of July celebrations, and backyard gatherings.

Ingredients

2 cups milk chocolate chips

1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)

2 tablespoons heavy cream (optional)

2 cups mini marshmallows

23 tablespoons red, white, and blue sprinkles

Graham crackers, for serving

Fresh strawberries, for serving

Fresh blueberries, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place a small oven-safe skillet or baking dish on a flat surface.
  3. Spread the milk chocolate chips evenly across the bottom of the dish. Scatter the white chocolate chips over the top if using.
  4. Drizzle the heavy cream over the chocolate layer.
  5. Arrange the mini marshmallows in an even layer to fully cover the chocolate.
  6. Bake for 8–10 minutes until the marshmallows are lightly golden and the chocolate is melted underneath.
  7. For extra browning, switch the oven to broil for 1–2 minutes, watching carefully to prevent burning.
  8. Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle with the red, white, and blue sprinkles.
  9. Serve warm with graham crackers, strawberries, and blueberries for dipping.

Notes

Use dark chocolate chips for a richer flavor.

Add peanut butter chips or caramel chips for extra sweetness.

Mix in sliced strawberries or raspberries before baking for a fruity twist.

Top with crushed graham crackers for added crunch.
