This strawberry cold foam is light, creamy, and perfectly sweet with a refreshing berry flavor. It’s a quick and easy way to elevate iced drinks with a smooth, café-style finish.

Ingredients

1/4 cup heavy cream

2 tablespoons 2% milk

2 tablespoons strawberry syrup

Instructions

  1. Add heavy cream, milk, and strawberry syrup to a French press.
  2. Stir until the mixture is fully combined and the syrup is evenly incorporated.
  3. Place the lid on the French press and pump the plunger up and down about 40 times until the mixture becomes light and fluffy.
  4. Watch for the foam to expand in volume and stop once it reaches a smooth, airy consistency.
  5. Use immediately to top iced coffee, cold brew, or other cold drinks.

Notes

Use a handheld or electric milk frother if you don’t have a French press.

Adjust sweetness by adding more or less strawberry syrup.

Swap strawberry syrup with vanilla or caramel for different flavors.

For a lighter version, use half & half instead of heavy cream and milk.

Fresh strawberry puree can be used but may slightly alter the texture.

Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days and re-froth before using.
