A refreshing two-ingredient frozen drink made with sweet strawberries and sparkling white grape juice. These fruity, frosty slushies are perfect for summer parties, brunches, and celebrations.

Ingredients

3 cups strawberries, frozen

3 cups sparkling white grape juice, chilled

Instructions

  1. Place the frozen strawberries in a blender and blend until finely crushed and smooth.
  2. Pour in the chilled sparkling white grape juice and blend briefly until combined and thick and frosty.
  3. Divide the strawberry slushies between three glasses and serve immediately while cold and refreshing.

Notes

For a mixed berry version, replace some of the strawberries with frozen raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, or mixed berries.

Frozen peaches or mango can be used instead of strawberries for a different fruity variation.

For a less sweet drink, replace part of the sparkling white grape juice with chilled sparkling water.

Garnish with fresh strawberries, berries, or mint if desired.

Frozen strawberries provide the icy texture, so no additional ice is needed.

For a thicker slushie, add more frozen strawberries. For a thinner consistency, gradually add more chilled sparkling white grape juice.

Serve immediately for the best frosty texture. Leftovers can be frozen in a freezer-safe container, softened slightly, and blended again before serving.
