Rich, fudgy triple chocolate chunk brownies made with cocoa powder and loaded with dark, milk, and white chocolate chunks for an indulgent, bakery-style dessert.

Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter

2 cups granulated sugar

4 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup dark chocolate chunks

1/2 cup milk chocolate chunks

1/2 cup white chocolate chunks

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan, remove from heat, and stir in the sugar until combined.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  5. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Stir in the dark, milk, and white chocolate chunks evenly.
  7. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan.
  8. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
  9. Allow brownies to cool completely before slicing into squares.

Notes

Avoid overbaking to keep brownies fudgy.

White chocolate can be swapped for peanut butter chips.

Chopped nuts can be added for extra texture.

Let brownies cool fully for clean slices.
