These white chocolate covered Oreos are an easy no-bake treat featuring crisp cookies coated in creamy white chocolate and finished with a sweet cinnamon drizzle. Perfect for holiday platters, parties, gifting, or an everyday dessert.

Ingredients

12 oz white chocolate

18 Golden Oreos or Cinnamon Roll flavored Oreos

1 cup powdered sugar

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

2 to 2 1/2 teaspoons water, or more as needed

Instructions

  1. Place a wire rack over a parchment-lined baking sheet to catch excess chocolate.
  2. Melt the white chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over gently simmering water, stirring until smooth.
  3. Dip each Oreo into the melted white chocolate, lift with a fork, allow excess chocolate to drip off, and place on the prepared wire rack.
  4. As the cookies begin to dry, gently move them occasionally so they do not stick to the rack.
  5. If needed, collect any chocolate that has dripped onto the parchment, remelt it, and continue coating the remaining cookies.
  6. Allow the chocolate coating to set completely.
  7. In a small bowl, mix the powdered sugar and ground cinnamon together.
  8. Slowly stir in the water until a thick piping consistency is reached.
  9. Transfer the icing to a sandwich bag, snip a small corner, and pipe decorative swirls over each coated Oreo.
  10. Let the cinnamon topping dry completely before serving.

Notes

Substitute classic chocolate Oreos for a richer flavor or Cinnamon Roll Oreos for extra spice.

Add a few drops of vanilla extract to the cinnamon icing for additional flavor.

Decorate with festive sprinkles before the chocolate sets or drizzle with dark or milk chocolate after setting.

Sprinkle finely chopped toasted pecans or walnuts over the coating before it hardens for extra crunch.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week or refrigerate for up to 2 weeks, separating layers with parchment paper.

Let refrigerated cookies sit at room temperature for 15 to 20 minutes before serving.

Freeze in an airtight container for up to 2 months and thaw slowly before serving.
