Ingredients

1 (16.5-ounce) roll sugar cookie dough

1 cup Nutella

56 whole strawberries, sliced

Whipped cream (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a 12-inch pizza pan with parchment paper or lightly coat it with nonstick baking spray.
  2. Press the sugar cookie dough evenly into the prepared pizza pan.
  3. Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the crust is lightly golden brown.
  4. Allow the cookie crust to cool completely.
  5. Spread the Nutella evenly over the cooled crust, leaving about a 1/2-inch border around the edge.
  6. Arrange the sliced strawberries evenly over the Nutella.
  7. Garnish with whipped cream if desired, then slice and serve.

Notes

Substitute strawberries with bananas, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, or kiwi.

Sprinkle chopped toasted hazelnuts or mini chocolate chips over the Nutella for extra flavor and texture.

Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with melted white chocolate before serving.

Microwave the Nutella for about 10 seconds if needed to make it easier to spread.

Pat sliced strawberries dry before topping to help prevent a soggy dessert.

Bake the cookie crust a day ahead and assemble just before serving for the freshest results.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Best enjoyed within 1-2 days. Do not freeze.

Serve chilled or let sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes before serving. Do not reheat.
